The applicable charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.
Order preparation and delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 7–8 working days after order confirmation. Because every customized item is prepared using the details submitted with your order, production is included in this estimate.
Delivery may take longer for remote PIN codes, public holidays, severe weather, high-volume periods or exceptional courier delays. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Order tracking
Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched. Courier scans can take some time to appear after pickup.
Address and delivery attempts
- Please enter a complete address, correct PIN code and active mobile number at checkout.
- Keep your phone reachable when the courier contacts you.
- If an order has not entered production, contact us promptly to request an address correction. Changes are not guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
Returned-to-origin (RTO) orders
An order may return to us when delivery is refused, the customer is unavailable, the address or phone number is incorrect, or courier attempts are unsuccessful.
Damaged, defective or incorrect order
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact help@99customizedjewellery.com within 3 days of delivery. Keep the product, packaging and shipping label, and provide a clear, continuous unboxing video so the issue can be verified.

Order cancellation
A cancellation request may be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, subject to a ₹60 processing fee. Cancellation is not available after 2 hours because a personalized item may already have entered production.
