How to Order Customized Jewellery

1. Choose a product. Browse name necklaces, couple pendants, rings, kada, bracelets, keychains, wallets and other personalized gifts.
2. Review the product details. Check the material, available options, price, estimated delivery and replacement conditions shown on the product page.
3. Enter your personalization carefully. Type the required name or details exactly as you want them made, then select any available colour, size or style options.
4. Add the item to your cart. Review the spelling, quantity and selected options before continuing to checkout.
5. Complete secure online payment. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not currently available.
6. Check shipping charges. Shipping is ₹50 below ₹198 and free on orders of ₹198 or more.
7. Track your order. The estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days, depending on PIN-code serviceability and courier conditions. Use the Track Your Order page with your mobile number or Order ID.
