How do I personalize a product?
Choose your product, enter the requested name or personalization details on the product page, select any available options, and place your order. Check the spelling carefully before payment because production may begin soon after the order is confirmed.
How long does a customized order take?
The estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days. Serviceability, the destination PIN code, and exceptional courier delays can affect the final delivery date.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping within India costs ₹50 for orders below ₹198. Orders of ₹198 or more qualify for free shipping. See the Shipping Policy for details.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with the 10-digit mobile number entered at checkout or your Order ID. Tracking information is updated as the order is processed and shipped.
Can I change the name after placing the order?
Contact support as soon as possible. Because personalized items are made specifically for your order, changes may not be possible after production starts.
What payment methods are available?
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. The available card, UPI, net-banking, or wallet options are shown securely during checkout. Cash on delivery is not currently available.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, PAN-India delivery is available for serviceable PIN codes.
What is the return or replacement policy for personalized items?
Personalized items are made to order, so returns for a change of mind are not available. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 3 days and follow the evidence requirements in the Refund and Returns Policy. Please also review the Cancellation Policy before ordering.
