Refund and Returns Policy
99customizedjewellery.com accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, NetBanking & Wallets for payments. We ship to cities all over India and customers usually receive their orders within 8-10 working days. If you have any questions about delivery, email us at help@99customizedjewellery.com. We do not offer refunds for RTO orders, but we can re-ship to a new address. We offer a replacement guarantee only for damaged/defective products. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement. We do not exchange products for wrong orders or dislike. To be eligible for a free replacement, return, or refund, you must provide an authenticated unboxing video showing physical damage, missing parts/accessories, or defects.
